THE MASTER CARE TEAM
DAVE MASTERSON (Partner)
Dave Masterson, co-founder, brings his proven entrepreneurship to Master Care following a successful twenty-year run in the craft beer business. Dave and his partner successfully altered the beer distribution industry in New Jersey and the country. Over the next decade and a half they grew the business into a thirty-five million dollar operation. In 2012 he sold his stake to a large Anheuser Busch wholesaler.
Dave is a life long Springfield Township resident, where he resides with his wife and children.
Dave is a co-founder of The Night Light Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to developing housing for Autistic Adults. He coaches youth soccer, and can be heard in his basement playing drums with his band.
ELLEN EVANS (Partner)
Ellen brings over 20 years of elder experience from adult day care, sub-acute and acute rehab, assisted living, as well as running her own in-home care business.
When the discussions started with Dave Masterson about opening up an agency, Ellen knew it was an exciting opportunity to create a new chapter in her ever growing resume and that she wanted to be involved.
Ellen is a local resident of Springfield Township, where she lives with her husband and children.
Ellen has a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University and an Associate of Arts in Mental Health/Human Services from Manor College.
SUSAN KANTOR-PUGLIESE (Partner)
Susan brings over 20 years of business management experience to the table; recently retiring from a long-term career in global management consulting. Prior to her corporate career, Susan worked at the Allentown Art Museum and the James A. Michener Museum – working in community programs, public relations, and event planning.
When the opportunity arose to join Dave Masterson and Ellen Evans in the creation of Master Care, it seemed a perfect fit for her goal of creating something both personally meaningful and community oriented.
Susan is a local resident of Springfield Township and is actively involved volunteering in the local school district and sports organizations.
Susan holds a dual degree in Communications and Art History from Bloomsburg University, and is still actively involved as a member of the University’s Greek Alumni Council.
